Sculpt
This class focuses on smooth transitions with intentional flow, designed to improve flexibility and build stability. Sculpt classes are faster-paced and strength-focused with use of heavier weights.

Unwind
This low-impact class blends strength, mobility, and breath-driven movement. In Unwind classes, can expect a slower, recovery-based class that is centered around breathwork and relaxation.

Power
This dynamic, mat-based class builds strength, stability, and endurance through breath-driven movement. Expect an energizing flow that links movement to breath while challenging both the body and mind.
